Lived there...done it! The most memorable part of living in metro Phoenix was the winter and attending sporting events. The urban sprawl is pathetic, the heat deplorable (yes, i know, it's a dry heat) and traffic a nightmare.

Geographically, I would expect as much. Congested, fast growing city being exposed to southern temperatures. I'm sure it has some perks though....
